What to know about the class
This series is designed specifically for the 60+ year-old body. Each class will include components to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and range of movement, and improve brain function.
There will be a combination of sitting and standing, however, the entire class can be done in a seated position.
You’ll need a chair, hand weights and resistance bands. I’ll provide more specifics on the equipment after you register.

Note: A minimum of five households are required in order to move forward with this series.
