Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga (poses are just one of the limbs) gives us many tools and guidelines for how to live with greater joy and less suffering. I continue to learn lessons, and I want to share them with you.
Three-hour workshops to help you decrease pain and increase function in specific parts of your body. Through no fault of our own, our daily activities created habituated patterns in our bodies. These workshops will help you identify your patterns and learn how to educate your body on how to work more efficiently.
Hear my story of how I felt held back and how I broke free. Let me tell you how I’ve learned (and developed) tools to help me find a place of peace and happiness. You might hear glimmers of your story in mine. You will most likely identify with some of my emotions. Most of all, you’ll learn new tools to help you write the next phases of your story in a new, intentional way.
