Masks and Vaccination Required

All clients and the therapist are required to wear masks while in the studio. New clients must show proof of vaccination prior to the first appointment.

Limited Availability

To allow for plenty of time to clean the therapy room and equipment between sessions, a maximum of three in-person clients will be scheduled per day. Please schedule your appointment online. If you prefer a livestream appointment, note that in the “appointment notes” section during checkout.


There is no restroom access for in-person sessions. Please plan accordingly.

Self Health Check

If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, please reschedule your appointment for when you are no longer symptomatic. Current symptoms include both respiratory and digestive as well as muscle aches and fatigue. If you suspect you have “just a cold” please test for COVID. If you have a positive test, please reschedule your appointment for at least one week out.

If you have been in contact with a person infected or suspected to be infected with COVID, please reschedule your appointment for 14 days past the date of contact, provided you have no symptoms.


Appointments canceled sooner than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the appointment rate. Each client may use one emergency cancellation per six-month timeframe with no cancellation fee. No shows will be charged the full fee for the missed session. 


Online payment only. You’ll receive an e-invoice after your session, payment terms net 7 days.
